Keto Cookie Dough Recipe
– 2 cups almond flour – 1 cup smooth peanut butter – 1/2 cup butter – 1 teaspoon vanilla – 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon, optional – 2/3 cup confectioners powder – 2/3 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
Ingredients
1. Combine your peanut butter, butter, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl. Mix until fully blended.
2. To this, sift in your sugar free confectioners powder.
3. Gently fold in your chocolate chips.
4. Scoop your cookie dough using a cookie dough scoop or tablespoons and toll into evenly sized balls.
5. Place the keto cookie dough bites on parchment lined paper.
6. Chill or serve cookie dough immediately.
