Godiva Cookie Dough Recipe

You will need the following Ingredients:

– 7 ounces GODIVA Large 72% Dark Chocolate Bars – 1 ½ sticks butter, softened – 1/2 cup + 4 tablespoons brown sugar – 6 tablespoons granulated sugar

– 2 teaspoons vanilla extract – 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon (optional) – 1 ½ cups heat-treated all-purpose flour – ½ teaspoon salt – 2 tablespoons milk

1. Before you begin making your edible Godiva cookie dough, it is vital that you heat-treat your flour. 

2. Warm your flour in a microwave-safe bowl at 30-second intervals until the flour reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit (use a food thermometer to check, or look for steam).
