Funfetti Cookie Dough Ingredients
– 8 tablespoons salted butter– ⅓ cup light brown sugar– ⅓ cup granulated sugar– 1 large egg– ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
– 1 tablespoon honey– ¼ teaspoon salt– ½ teaspoon baking soda– ½ teaspoon baking powder– 1 ¾ cups all-purpose white flour– ⅓ cup rainbow sprinkles
1. To begin, preheat your oven to 350°F.
2. Melt your butter either over the stove or in the microwave.
3. Once the butter is melted, set it aside and allow it to cool for about 7-10 minutes. Do not use hot butter!
4. Once the butter has cooled, stir your brown sugar and granulated sugar into the butter in a large bowl. Gently cream these ingredients together until fully incorporated.
5. To this mixture, add your vanilla, eggs, and honey. Continue mixing until the mixture is completely smooth.
