Edible Cookie Dough Bites Recipe

– ¾ cups salted butter at room temperature – ¾ cup light brown sugar – ¼ cup granulated sugar – ½ teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– 1 cup all-purpose flour – ¾ cup mini chocolate chips – 2 tablespoons whole milk (can substitute with dairy free) – pinch of cinnamon

1. Using a blender or food processor, pulse your oats into flour. Once the oats have been ground into a fine consistency, set the oats aside.

2. To the blender, add your peanut butter, applesauce, and agave (along with the pre-blended dates). Blend until fully incorporated.

3. Add the oat flour to another mixture and continue to blend until the dough becomes stiff.

4. Once blended, add your rice cereal to the mixture and blend at a low speed to incorporate them.

5. Using a rubber spatula, scrape the dough out of the blender and into a mixing bowl. Add your chocolate chips and fold them in.
