  1. I’m an out and out fan of Vegemite – having grown up in Australia, though I now live in Ireland. I haven’t been able to purchase Vegemite here for a few years and have missed it but never considered replacing it with Marmite because of the taste difference. That was until a few weeks ago when I discovered Marmite XO (extra old)! It’s stronger taste and thicker consistency make it almost indistinguishable from Vegemite. My taste buds are delighted 🙂
