  • 1616.5 ounces of sugar cookie dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • Vanilla frosting
  • Sanding sugar (or whatever other toppings you desire!)

  • Square pan (8 or 9-inch)

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Begin by greasing your square pan with butter or oil.
  3. From here, break apart your cookie dough and place it directly into your pan.
  4. Use your fingers to gently press the dough into the pan, making sure that the dough is evenly pressed before moving on. If the dough is very sticky, adding a little water or flour to your fingers will help.
  5. Bake the cookie dough for at least 26 minutes or until cooked through (it may take up to 30 minutes or more).
  6. Allow the cookie dough to cool completely, usually up to one hour, before icing the baked cookie dough and topping it with sanding sugar.
  7. Slice the iced baked cookie dough into rectangles, preferably 4×4 rows.
  8. Dish up onto small plates and serve with a glass of ice cold milk. Yum!
