Return and Refund Policy


Cooksdream will accept return of products sold within 30 days of order date. To request a return please follow the procedure below. Once received, a refund will be issued to your account. Please note that shipping costs to return items are at your own expense. Please note that under US Food Tampering laws, food items are not returnable.


  1. To request a return please call or email us a note with the following information.
    1. Your name
    2. Your phone number
    3. Your email address
    4. Your order number *Very Important
    5. The reason you are returning the items
  2. Repack the goods as tightly as possible

All returns subject to 10% restocking fee unless Cooksdream is at fault. Please note, the refund is for the product only, shipping charges will not be refunded.


Please DO NOT send any returns via C.O.D. We will not accept any C.O.D and will not be able to process your return or refund your money. Please Note: We can not Accept RETURNS on Edible Products
