Who is Cooks Dream?

Cooks Dream is part of the Ultimate Baker group of bakeware and cake decorating companies. We are a US-based distributor of bakeware, cake decorating supplies and natural baking products. We currently supply over 7,000 products across the US and Canada from our various warehouses.

We are proud to be dedicated to the baking industry and have more recently launched a number of our own brands under the Ultimate Baker banner. Look for our logo as a mark of quality.

Our food offerings are dedicated to the baking industry, however if you are after a broader range of healthy and organic products please check out Organic Wholesale Club for retail organic food.

How long does order processing and shipping take?

We make every attempt to ship within 48 hours subject to stock availability. If an item is out of stock we will contact the manufacturer and advise approx delivery time where known.Please note approximate delivery times when placing your order. Since you choose your shipping, it depends on which shipping you pick as to how soon you will receive it. Here are some general guidelines:

  • UPS/FedEx Ground (6 - 12 business days)
  • UPS/FedEx 2nd Day Air (2 - 4 business days)
  • UPS/FedEx 3nd Day Select (3 - 5 business days)
  • USPS Priority Mail (3 - 8 business days)
  • USPS First-Class Mail Parcel (2 - 8 business days)
  • USPS Parcel Post (5 - 20 business days) Sometime Parcel Post is vey slow
  • USPS Priority Mail International (7 - 20 Business Days Customs may delay)

How much will my shipping be?

It is hard to say exactly what your shipping will be without knowing what you've ordered, or where you live, but here are some general prices that might help.

For standard UPS Ground shipping ( 8-12 business days) may be longer at peak season shipping is about 20% of order cost but can run up to 40% on boxes, boards and fillings. At any time you can go the Basket Screen see how much shipping will be, Then return to the store and continue shopping

What is your return policy?

Product may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us as per below to obtain a RA number. Once you have the RA number please ship the item back to us and we will process the refund. Note, that shipping costs are not refundable unless Ultimate Baker was at fault. Under US Food Tampering laws the return of food sold over the internet is restricted and not returnable.

  1. Write or email us a note with the following information.
    1. Your name
    2. Your phone number
    3. Your email address
    4. Your order number *Very Important
    5. The reason you are returning the items
    6. What you'd like in exchange (if you want and exchange)
  2. Repack the goods as tightly as possible
  3. Send the package to: ATTN: Returns Cooks Dream 370 1st AVE NW Issaquah WA 98027

All returns subject to 10% restocking fee.

Please DO NOT send any returns via C.O.D. We will not accept them and then will not be able to process your return and refund your money. Please Note: We can not Accept RETURNS on Edible Products

Do you sell to the public?

Yes, we sell to both businesses and the public. We supply everyone from the beginning baker to well established bakeries. Our pricing is designed to provide volume breaks to the traditional wholesale buyer. We also offer bulk rates for larger purchasers so please call us for a detailed quote on product pricing and shipping charges.

Do you offer discounts to businesses?

Yes, we offer terms and pricing discounts to business. Simply contact us at 866-285-2665 for more information. Credit terms are available to approved accounts.

How will I know when my order ships?

Order are typically shipped with in 48 Hr.Mon - Fri and tracking numbers will be supplied to you. If there is any delay or we have to split up your order you will be contacted via email.
